Activated Warrior Bowl

Ingredients Needed:

1/2 Cup Spinach, 1/2 Cup Arugula or Kale, 1/2 Cup Shredded Cabbage, 1/4 Cup Raw Sprouted Chickpeas (optional- cooked beans), 1/4 Cup Broccoli (blanched), 1/2 Sweet Potato, 2 Mini Sliced Cucumbers, 1/4 Cup Broccoli Sprouts, 1/4 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts, 1/4 Cup Sunflower Sprouts, 1/4 Cup of Shredded Carrots, 1 Tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos, and 1/2 Avocado

Step 1 - Prepare Your Ingredients

  • Dice broccoli if needed
  • Chop sweet potato into cubes
  • Thinly slice cucumbers

Step 2 - Combine

  • Combine your greens (kale/arugula, spinach, &
    shredded cabbage in a bowl
  • Add diced ingredients (Step 1)
  • Add chickpeas
  • Add shredded carrots & sweet potatoes

Step 3 - Top & Dress

  • Top with alfalfa sprouts, sunflower sprouts
  • Place sliced avocados on top
  • A dash of liquid aminos
